Lux Design Group was founded by Ilmi Licaj and Admir Toska, two architectural designers united by a shared passion for design and craftsmanship. With roots in Albania and extensive experience in residential design across Massachusetts, both bring a unique perspective shaped by architectural education, professional practice, and a deep understanding of construction. Their vision was simple: to bring architecture and custom cabinetry together under one roof.
From their studio in Topsfield, Ilmi and Admir have built a practice centered on personal relationships, thoughtful design, and attention to detail. Every project is guided directly by the founders, from initial concepts to cabinetry selections and architectural drawings. Their commitment to design excellence is reflected in Ilmi’s Second Prize recognition at the 2023 Lyceum Fellowship. Together, they believe exceptional spaces begin with a personal approach and a shared vision.
At Lux Design Group, we believe exceptional design begins with exceptional materials. Our carefully curated collections of cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and finishes are selected for their quality, craftsmanship, and timeless appeal.
Every material is thoughtfully considered to complement the architecture, enhance functionality, and create spaces that are as enduring as they are beautiful.
Based in Topsfield, Massachusetts, Lux Design Group serves homeowners, builders, and developers throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and beyond.
Our studio specializes in custom cabinetry and residential architectural design, from kitchens, bathrooms, and closets to new construction, home renovations, additions, and ADUs. Every project receives the personal attention of our founding designers, bringing thoughtful design and technical expertise to every space.
While our roots are on the North Shore, our work knows no geographic boundaries. We welcome projects throughout New England and are open to opportunities beyond the region.
